माया पिरतीको गाउँ

I met him in a abroad educational consultancy. We started talking as friends. Despite being career-oriented and always avoiding love, I found myself falling for him. Within days, I was deeply in love with him, my first love.
Being with him felt like being in seventh heaven. Just 15 days after we started talking, he asked me out on a date. I was very shy but agreed to meet him.
Soon, I began neglecting my studies. I skipped classes to spend more time with him, and my 12th-grade scores suffered. I was going through a tough time, and he was my constant support.
He told me he was a software engineer, but I later discovered he was actually a medical representative. I was shocked and cried when I confronted him, but I forgave him because my love was blind. I chose to ignore the truth and continued our relationship.
In my second year of college, he suddenly broke up with me but kept in touch. I later learned he was getting married. When I confronted him, he said it was an arranged marriage due to parental pressure.
I was devastated, but I kept talking to him. On his wedding day, a friend told me it was actually a love marriage, and they had been dating for 10 years. I couldn't believe it and fell into a deep depression for six months. The stress caused hormonal imbalances, leading to heavy bleeding, and I was hospitalized.
Today, by God's grace, I have a loving husband who supports me in every way. With him, I learned the true meaning of love. After getting married, I pursued higher studies and worked with a Big4 company. Life is perfect now.
Remember, love can be blind, but don't lose sight of reality. If something is not meant for you, it will never be yours. Despite giving my all, I couldn't keep him. God had better plans for me.
Looking back, those difficult times still give me goosebumps. But I now understand that everything happens for a reason.
